FOUNDER

Meet Coach Ellis owner and Founder of Speedville Performance. A two-sport standout in high school All city, all conference, All District Hurdler, triple jumper and high school hall of fame inductee.

Now a Veteran Ellis has a BS in Health & Human Performance from Bellevue University with a minor in Coaching and currently pursuing his Doctorate.

Ellis is a Level 2 Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach( SCC) USAW( weightlifting) level 1 Coach, USATF(Track & Field) level 1 coach and a Certified Personal Trainer and his currently in school to obtain his Doctorate.

Ellis excels in Speed agility development training for all sports and football specific training for the RB and DB position. Coach Ellis is becoming one of the top Speed coaches in the Tri-state area.

Speed-Strength Performance

The hour-long speed and strength class is an intensive and dynamic workout designed to elevate athletic performance through targeted training in jumping, speed development, and strength enhancement. Participants can expect a carefully structured curriculum that begins with a comprehensive warm-up to prepare the body for the rigorous activities ahead. The class incorporates a variety of plyometric exercises aimed at improving explosive power and agility, essential for athletes in any sport. As the session progresses, participants engage in specialized drills that focus on developing strides, acceleration, and overall speed mechanics. These activities are not only aimed at improving raw speed but also at teaching proper technique to maximize efficiency and reduce the risk of injury. To complement the speed training, strength-building segments are integrated throughout the class, utilizing bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, and weights to target key muscle groups necessary for explosive movements.

Solo Performance

An individual training session that is tailored to the athlete sport, our training system is designed for all athletes. We use scientific principles and proven methods designed to improve athleticism, develop speed, agility, explosive power, coordination, and strength.

A SERIES OF JUMP EXERCISES THAT HELP INCREASE POWER AND SPEED-STRENGTH BY HAVING MUSCLES EXERT MAXIMUM FORCE IN SHORT BURSTS.
